Basically disturbed my neighbours on floor 15 and hammered on their door. Surprising thing was, they actually had sweets to give me, was really quite touched. Very. Sniff. *eating candy now*

Today seems to be a day of bad news. Had a fren whose car got broken into and windscreen stolen. Dun ask me why. So now she has to pay to repair the hole in her car.
Another fren was robbed in Canada. Worst thing was, the people who robbed him beat him up even after he handed over his wallet. He was hospitalised for a while and is now recovering at home. Bad news is he got robbed. Good news is he's now being taken care of by many many gals. Should send him something.
Finally, had someone not get her exam marks back for some reason. She was really worried about the whloe thing and the worst thing was that I didn't know how to help her! Useless... I am useless. All I could do was tell her not to worry and hang in there. They were just words. Not actions. Not much of a fren now am I. Argh.

On a plus note, converted Nabz to jazz!!! Muhahaahhahahaha. Dumped her with Stacey Kent and Diana Krall and she caved in. I need a jazz buddy. I want to go to Bennetts Lane.

Had dinner with candz and manda today. As usual, always good to see them, they make my days bright and cheery for some reason ^_^

Yes, Kill Bill does rock. Quentin Tarowatshisname is a blardy genius. how to explain the genius? how to describe what actually goes on in a blood-filled, screaming, death fiesta peppered with humor and absolutely art (Trix are for kids). Think a kungfu story, a real one, not crappy ones like Crouching Tiger or Jackie Chan's "The somthingorrather". This is a kung fu story. Well... now that I think of it. It's more Japanese though. Ok, forget the last sentence. This is a samurai story. Not crappy ones like Matrix or anything else with a katana, this is real samurai shit. The gore u keep hearing about is there for a reason. Serious. Watch and see. The colors, the elegence at times and the sheer craziness that classify such a show are all there. It is fantastic. The anime sequence did justice for the show too. By Production IG, maker of Ghost in the Shell TV. Just some technical stuff ^^

BTW, bad stuff... cant really remember...well, didn't know assassins could miss from point blank range and erm... where did the heroine get all that money?
4.5 stars out of 5. 1/2 star gone for bad jap ^^

I just finished Gundam Seed! And it was... sad. People die like flies... I mean, the number of pple that died on the battlefield in the last few epis could have been more than the Earth's population itself. Well, at least the plot in the end was decent.. even if pple died like flies. Even characters. Especially characters. The saddest part concerned 3 female pilots who were shot down one after another. You see them mid-way in the show...they grow on you, then they die. Can't really give anymore details without spoiling it. Go watch urself... only 50 epis ^^

Listened to a song my fren wrote and sang. It was very good and me, having not heard her sing b4 am very impressed. It has a very light, playful quality to it. She's very talented...very. Was thinking of taking part in a karaoke comp next yr. But listening to her sing sort of lowered that drive. Now that I think about it... my voice aint exactly great. The more I listen to it, the more I dun like it. We'll see. Anywaes, tell me when I sing whether I suck or not yar? You can be truthful, I wun bite.... much.

nobody wanted to go lygon fest. Sad man, it's like something that comes once a year and nobody wanna go. I went for a walk ALONE, in the day, and the experience wasn't bad. It wasn't good either, but hey, I got free ice-cream ^^
Had a chinese dinner with frens for a bday thingy. Wow, the appetizers alone were enuff to make me full. They still added in main course and dessert... and gelati when we popped by the fest at night. Scary.
To finish it off, watched Matrix Reloaded on dvd. Still not that good a show, I mean, I respect the pple who did it, must have been hell... but it's not THAT good a show. Fighting was marvellous though long, and it was cool. But that's it. Either the show didn't win me over...or I'm jaded. Another thing to think about... the fighitng's sooooo coordinated. Dunno, the whole idea of fighting is really weird now. Hard to explain.

Btw, hugs to Am for no other reason that I love her and want you to know I'm there for you when u wanna be bz too yar? ;) Also to Candice and Manda so they wun feel left out ^^

I shouldn't finish my assignments in single shots anymore. Firstly, it's detrimental to my already failing health. Secondly, my frens are all bz so they cant go out with me, so it's useless. Sigh. Spent a very boring afternoon doing nothing. How fun. Not really.
Also, remind me never to ever wait for pple anymore. If there's one thing I absolutely loathe, it's waiting for pple. Especially more than 20 min. You're dead if u make me wait longer than that. I most probably wun be there anymore. I'm not exactly the most punctual person in the world...but I try. Man, waiting sux.
