Hmmm... you know, am not sure whether people actually read the blog anymore or not. No one comments, no one talks to me about them. Maybe they're infuriated and frustrated by the actual lack of posts that this poor, poor, lazy soul has achieved. Or perhaps they have decided that said posts of lacking quantity, are in actuality, lacking in shining quality. Or maybe my frens have just left me.
Anywaes, they don't make movies like they used to. I have watching some old films (beyond the last decade) and really, they don't make movies like them anymore. Caught Long Kiss Goodnight and that was a pretty cool Hollywood action flick. Explosions, one liners, and hard hitting action by Geena Davis no less. With a soundtrack to boot. Now let me ask you, aside from Sigourney Weaver, could you name at least two more legitimate action heroines on screen?
Also, was in an Indie mood. So I rented Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and might I say... I still really enjoy it. Been watching it for ages and still, I enjoy it! Wry humour, really good chemistry between characters, a rousing soundtrack and plain comedic action! Old school stuff indeed!
Yepp, they dun make them like that anymore. Alas. Anywaes, Taiwan trip is more or less finalized (finally) and it seems that all systems are go! Peter. Check. Ticket. Check. Ex Girlfren. Check. Hotel. Check. LARUKU. CHECK.
