The Mind Is A Dangerous Place

Things that should boggle the mind but do not

It disgusts me, how people take others' lives for granted. How they, in their warped minds, can decide the fates of others. When they hold a weapon in their hand, they believe in such views, that lives are of little consequence. It is a delusion of grandeur. It is sorrow and hate. It is sick.

I am sorry for those that perished. For those whose lives had been touched tragically by such insanity. I pray for them and their families. My thoughts are with them. Nothing can be said but empty condolences of repeated words. In the end, grief always takes centre stage.

For a sanctuary to be defiled thus... it speaks of the times we live in. Is there no place of safety? Is it impossible to not experience fear from such unknowns?

I do not know. We live in uncertain times. And I do not know.
