The Mind Is A Dangerous Place

Things that should boggle the mind but do not

Love comes its merry way
just like that,
A kiss on the hand, dramatic flair
romance of celebration
The hands knotted, bodies on the swing
Subtle ecstacy, soft reflection of the moment

To each his own they say she says he says
To each mine I say you say we say
As we drift on the boat to a path
of love carved from our beginnings to ends
And there, happiness waits, in that castle
Built by hands, both hands
and I nod my head, as I wait at the gate
"Welcome home"

and you smile

That was in response. Pretty undramatic day. Was supposed to go to Williamstown but the organizer overslept so there goes that plan. Did a bit of work before procrastinating once more. And as usual, my stalkee saves the day. Sweetness does not even begin to describe this angel, yet I declare her sweet, for words leave me when faced with such frenship and utter cuddliness (not a word i think) that I can't help but smile. It takes a lot to make me smile/beam/grin.

and if in fate you believe
it will build you castles so beautiful
and wait for you with open arms by the gate
